Content Goal
When teaching CLIL, it's important to set content goals and language goals.
What’s content?

The term content knowledge is related to the information teachers teach at school in a subject or content area. For example, English language arts, math, science or social studies. It also refers to concepts, theories, and principles that are part of the teaching-learning process in specific academic courses, rather than related skills (reading, writing or researching).

What’s content goal?

A content goal in a lesson plan is a description of an observable behavior or performance that is used to make a judgment about student learning. It is a statement of what students will be able to do at the end of the lesson related to the content being taught.
